GWS Accommodate provides fully managed accommodation and workforce support services to support contractors during both construction and operational phases.
Our Role
GWS Accommodate acts as a single point of contact for contractor accommodation and related services, including:
Secure and manage accommodation stock (core + overflow)
Single point of contact between contractors and property owners/agents
Check-ins, extensions, and demobilisation
Inspections, maintenance coordination, issue resolution
Welfare checks and conduct management aligned to site standards
Reporting for occupancy, cost control, and forecasting

All accommodation is compliant, professionally managed, and regularly inspected.
