Accommodate delivered a full workforce support solution for Harland & Wolff during the Searose FPSO project, scaling operations from 183 workers to over 700 across multiple contractors. Services included accommodation, housekeeping, transport, catering, laundry, and on-site welfare facilities.

Accommodate was contracted to support Harland & Wolff throughout the Searose FPSO project at Belfast Docks. The contract began with the provision of accommodation and essential services for 183 personnel arriving between February 8th and 15th, 2024. As the project expanded, Accommodate scaled operations to support more than 700 personnel across six contracting organisations, with work continuing until October 2024.
Key milestones included securing additional hospitality, transport, and laundry contracts on January 31st, 2024, followed by the installation of on-site kitchens, canteens, and a convenience store capable of serving up to 1,000 workers daily. Over the course of the project, Accommodate provided:
23,000 rooms cleaned
268,000 meals served, including 24-hour food service
6,200 bus runs across seven routes, plus airport transfers
19,000 sets of overalls laundered
Corporate hospitality for business events and VIP visits
Through this integrated support model, Accommodate ensured seamless day-to-day operations, allowing Harland & Wolff to focus on project delivery without disruption.
