Project Overview
The Sines Industrial Zone is one of Southern Europe’s most significant infrastructure and data centre development hubs, attracting international contractors, EPCs, and specialist subcontractors.
GWS Accommodate supports contractors working in and around Sines by providing managed workforce accommodation, transport coordination, and ancillary services built for rotating international workforces.
Our Role
GWS Accommodate acts as a single point of contact for contractor accommodation and related services, including:
Secure and manage accommodation stock (core + overflow)
Single point of contact between contractors and property owners/agents
Check-ins, extensions, and demobilisation
Inspections, maintenance coordination, issue resolution
Welfare checks and conduct management aligned to site standards
Reporting for occupancy, cost control, and forecasting
GWS Accommodate provides a managed portfolio of workforce accommodation across Sines and surrounding areas, including:
Serviced apartments
Shared contractor housing
Long-stay hotels (project allocated)
Flexible overflow options during peak periods
All accommodation is selected for contractor suitability, including Wi-Fi, utilities included, clear house rules, scalable terms, and professional management.
